Stillborn Directions
Do not click the box for live born.
Enter the estimated gestation age and available data on case.
Depending on the selection to determine best fit, a value will need to be entered for that criteria.
Live Born Directions
Select the box in the top left for live birth.
Enter values for either birth in weeks or age in months.
Age in months assumes months after birth (valid values < 12).
Enter available data for case infant.
Select option for determining best fit (drop down box in middle). Foot length is not available for greater than 43 weeks or for children born after 37 weeks.
Click "Submit"
Storing Data
If you have an account, choose login. Otherwise, create an account.
After logging in, enter your data and click submit.
Once this action completes, you can choose to save your work to our database by clicking the save button.
A popup will be generated when the work has been saved.
Access data section will be completed later.
Retrieving Data
Go to
s3db
.
Login to the s3db site
Choose projects, click the '+' next to anthropometry.
Click '+' next to case data and choose query.
Determine which parameter you would like search by and enter a value in the box (ex: gender: male)
Click "Search Case Data"
A list of items will be generated. These can be exported to excel.
To expand the data column, highlight the column with 'data', click the data tab in excel, click text to columns.
Choose delimited, 'next', click 'comma', next, finish.
Editing Saved Data
Go to
s3db
.
Login to the s3db site
Choose projects, click the '+' next to anthropometry.
Click '+' next to case data and choose list all data.
Cases will be listed; click on an item number. This will be a clickable box that is adjacent to the case number.
Click edit next to the statement to be modified. New data can be entered into the value box.
Once finished editing the box, click update. The data is updated and the popups displaying the data can be safely closed.
Clean report (remove areas without your input, click submit afterwards):

"NKV" stands for "No Known Value" and indicates a value does not exist for the given parameter.
